The SUN Project provides support groups every weekday in your local area.
These happen at different community venues that have good links to public transport.
When you contact us you will be given information about the groups in your borough.
After you have contacted us you will be invited to come to your first group when other members will tell you about the way SUN groups work. Members will share their own experiences and will ask you to say a bit about your own.
Once you are a member you can come to as many or as few groups as you want, it’s up to you. If you want to have a break that’s fine, you are always welcome to come back when you’re ready.
As well as support groups the SUN Service members organize social events.
